I don't know how people always manage to exercise everyday (I struggle with every other day!). I think somewhere between balancing a full time job and a pt job, I always fall off the c25k train. But nothing like new flashy sneakers to get me back on board. That and the fact that I'm going to give myself a deadline of running the jingle bell run December 12th. I just need to get it over and done with!
good luck! I have a hard time being faithful to workout as well. I was doing really well before I had the baby 18 months ago, but since then it's been rather spotty. I am trying again though and ran yesterday for the first time in months, now my thighs are killing me!!!
