honey ricotta cheesecake turns to cupcakes

Since I only halved the recipe last time, I still had 1/2 a container of ricotta that I needed to use up. I used a muffin tin for these and got about 9 of them out of half the recipe. I stuck a raspberry in each of the cupcakes to jazz it up a little.
